In 2021, Akash joined COGENT Infotech as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Here, they worked on full life-cycle recruiting for Fortune 500 corporations. Akash sourced suitable candidates, conducted technical interviews, negotiated terms, and maintained relationships with clients and consultants.
