Srishti Priya began their work experience as a Finance and Competition Coordinator at Akshar Sansar Foundation in December 2018. Srishti then worked as a Summer Intern at Bharat Electronics Limited Ghaziabad in May 2019, where they analyzed the capital budgeting and budgetary control process. In 2021, they joined Cambay Healthcare as an Onboarding Executive for six months before moving on to Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) as a US HR Onboarding Executive from July 2021 to March 2023. Srishti Priya completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Honors from Magadh University in Bodh Gaya between 2014 and 2017. After that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and HR at the Central University of Jharkhand from 2018 to 2020.
