Stefanie Burton, PHR, CEBS, SHRM-CP has an extensive background in human resources, with experience spanning several organizations and industries. Stefanie most recently held the position of People Operations Director at Infillion, where they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at EWI Worldwide.
Stefanie also worked at The Mars Agency as the Director of People and Culture, where they managed employee relations, performance management, employee development, benefits, compensation, and HR technology. Earlier in their career, Stefanie held the role of Director of Human Resources at Jackson Dawson, where they created and led the HR function to support the company's worldwide growth.
Before joining Jackson Dawson, Stefanie served as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at HOLLINGSWORTH, where they supervised a team and supported multiple sites across seven states. Stefanie also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Kalsec, overseeing various HR functions.
Stefanie began their career at DENSO as a Human Resources Systems Planning professional. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and technology to support organizational growth.
Stefanie Burton obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, with a focus on Human Resources, Sociology, and Economics. Stefanie also holds multiple certifications including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In 2022, they completed the People Analytics Masterclass Series offered by Orgnostic.
