Alison Bishop

Alison Bishop, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Infina, Ltd., a role held since July 2020. Prior to this position, Alison was the Senior Associate Director of People Operations at Orr Group from August 2019 to July 2020, and worked as an HR Specialist in Talent Management & Development at RK&K from June 2017 to August 2019. Alison began a career in human resources and administration with a role as a Donor Relations Representative at Towson University in late 2013. Educationally, Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Towson University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
