Angelo Pagkaliwangan

Angelo Pagkaliwangan is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in site operations and process engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director of Site Operations at Infineon Technologies since June 2019, Angelo oversees a multidisciplinary engineering team dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, growth, and profitability within HiRel Operations. Prior roles include Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Process & Manufacturing Engineering at Uniqarta, Inc., as well as significant positions at Analog Devices, where a focus was placed on assembly process engineering, new product development for MEMS and automotive applications, and supplier management. Angelo began the career as a Manufacturing Engineer and has held various engineering and management roles since 1995. Angelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University.
