Aviral Srivastava

Aviral Srivastava is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in analog mixed-signal design and IC design. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Team Lead at Infineon Technologies since November 2024, Aviral has a history of leading engineering teams and delivering innovative solutions, including the development of high-voltage GaN power ICs at Navitas Semiconductor. Aviral's previous roles at Infineon included managing a team that successfully taped out multiple chips and mentoring junior engineers, with significant contributions to designs for digital controllers and Class-D audio amplifiers. Aviral holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
