Catarina Saraiva

Catarina Saraiva is an experienced professional in communications, public policy, and training development with a strong background in instructional design and e-learning. Currently serving as the Communications and Public Policy Academy Lead at Infineon Technologies since March 2021, Catarina is also a senior specialist in the Strategy and Digitalization team and a member of the crisis management team. Previous roles include Training Development Manager and Instructional Designer at Infineon Technologies, as well as extensive freelance work as a Business Advisor and Digital Learning Specialist since 2006. Catarina's past experience encompasses positions at CEDROS, SPI, Geração de Futuro, and Eduweb, focusing on training management, project coordination, communication planning, and the development of learning resources. Catarina holds a licentiate degree in New Communication Technologies from Universidade de Aveiro.
