George Lee

George Lee serves as the Executive Vice President of Backend at Infineon Technologies, overseeing global operations across 11 internal sites and more than 25 OSAT partners since October 2019. Previous roles at Infineon include Senior Vice President positions in Backend, focusing on integration and operations management. Prior to joining Infineon, George held the Vice President of Operations position at ams AG, where the responsibility included leading new product introductions and managing the global supply chain. George's career also includes significant leadership roles at STATS ChipPAC and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Inc., emphasizing expertise in packaging operations and industrial engineering. George holds an MBA in International Business from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from the National University of Singapore.
