Hua Su

Hua Su is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as President at Infineon Technologies since February 2015. Prior to this role, Hua held several key positions at KLA-Tencor from November 1997 to January 2015, including President of China and Corporate Vice President. Hua’s career began at National Semiconductor as a Staff Engineer and included a research fellowship at Imperial College London. Academically, Hua earned a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as well as two Master's degrees—one in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and another in Physics—from The Ohio State University, following a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Peking University.
