Janine Henry

Janine Henry is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and data-driven insights. Currently serving as the Director of IT Innovation & Data Driven Insights at Infineon Technologies since August 2019, Janine spearheads a culture of innovation within the IT department and oversees the Data Science Team for IT Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement, as well as the Infineon Process Mining Team. Prior roles include Director of IT Innovation & Data Science Solutions, where Janine established a high-performing data science team, and Senior Innovation Manager, focusing on frameworks for innovation and promoting design thinking and agile methodologies. Janine's previous experience includes roles at Schaeffler in Digitalization Supply Chain Management and Purchasing Strategy & Processes. Janine holds a Master of Science in Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University.
