Jeremy Yao

Jeremy Yao serves as the HR Vice President for Greater China at Infineon, a position held since July 2016, leading HR initiatives for the region. With a robust background in HR, Jeremy has previously worked as a Leadership Coach, providing organizational consultation and leadership training from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, roles included Corporate HR Initiatives Director and Global HR Function Development Director at Bureau Veritas, where responsibilities ranged from deploying HR initiatives in Asia to optimizing global HR processes. Jeremy has extensive experience as HR Director across various organizations, including Infineon Technologies China and Philips Electronics, beginning a career in HR management at BP China in 1997. Educational qualifications include a C&B Specialist Diploma in Human Resources from the Singapore Institute of Management and two degrees in Philosophy from Fudan University.
