Ky Pham is a senior organizational development and learning professional with over 20 years of experience in large-scale, complex environments. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Development, Americas at Infineon Technologies, Ky previously held positions such as Senior Organizational Development Consultant at UCLA Health and Manager of Employee Effectiveness at Ryerson University. Ky has also worked with the Ontario Public Service as a Training Development Officer and HR Business Advisor, among other roles. In pursuit of further education, Ky is obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts from Ryerson University and a certificate in Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto.
