Niamh Blumentals

Niamh Marie (Blumentals) O'Leary-Liu is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly within the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Head of Legal for International Rectifier at Infineon Technologies, a renowned Fortune 500 semiconductor company, Niamh has held roles such as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at GaN Systems Inc. before its merger with Infineon, and Head of Corporate Legal at Drift. Niamh has also contributed to legal leadership at NEC Corporation's subsidiary, Amdocs, and as a co-founder of Cold Sky Technology Solutions LLC. Active in the legal community, Niamh is a Charter Member of TechGC and serves on the Board of Directors for a defense industry start-up. Niamh holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.
