Nihit Bajaj

Nihit Bajaj is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in product marketing and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director for MV GaN Products at Infineon Technologies, Nihit leads product marketing and management efforts for GaN technologies. Prior roles at Infineon include Director of Product Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed roadmap development for low and medium-voltage GaN products, and Director of Applications Marketing, overseeing G2M strategies for AC/DC power solutions. Previous tenures include significant engineering positions at Silanna Semiconductor, Appulse Power, and Qualcomm, where Nihit contributed to important IC design projects and led teams in the development of innovative power management solutions.
