Shriram Kulkarni

Shriram Kulkarni currently serves as the Global Head of Central Manufacturing Engineering and Vice President at Infineon Technologies, a role held since June 2023. Prior to this, Shriram held the position of COO at Silicon Line GmbH from April 2018 to June 2023, overseeing the Optical Sub-Assembly and IC business, along with engineering, operations, and quality functions, while managing the manufacturing site in Hasselt, Belgium. Shriram also worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from November 2007 to March 2018, initially as Director of Manufacturing Operations, focusing on competitive manufacturing and product excellence, and later as Customer Engineering Senior Manager, handling customer relationships with prominent companies like Texas Instruments and Qualcomm. Shriram began the career at Lam Research as a Customer Engineering Manager and Senior Section Manager from January 2001 to January 2006, where responsibilities included improving operational efficiencies and collaborating with sales teams to enhance market share.
