Susann Baeck

Susann Baeck has extensive experience in strategic leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Strategy Projects at Infineon Technologies since January 2020, and previously as Senior Director and Director of Strategy Development within the same company. Prior to joining Infineon, Susann worked at Bain & Company from 2007 to December 2019 as a Manager, focusing on strategic and transformational projects in the technology, automotive, and industrial goods sectors. Earlier professional experience includes a research position at Stern Stewart & Co. from 2005 to 2007. Susann holds a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and has completed studies at the Center for Digital Technology and Management from 2005 to 2007.
