Verlon Smith

Verlon Smith has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having held various engineering and managerial positions over the course of a career that began at AMD in 1995. Smith transitioned to Spansion in 1997, where responsibilities included roles as Associate Engineer until 2013. Following the acquisition of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation by Infineon Technologies in 2020, Smith has served as Section Manager, overseeing Wafer Fab Manufacturing CFM while also holding the title of Senior Shift Supervisor at Cypress since 2013. Smith holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, earned between 2007 and 2009.
