Vijay Raghavan

Vijay Raghavan is a Distinguished Engineer and Vice President Fellow at Infineon Technologies, where tenure began in December 1997 following the acquisition of Cypress Semiconductor. In this role, Vijay manages projects and personnel while providing technical leadership in embedded Non-Volatile Memory and power management platform design. Key areas of expertise include the architecture and design of In-Memory-Compute Memories for AI hardware accelerators. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology and a Graduate Coop Engineer at Lutron Electronics. Vijay holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
