Yang Xue

Yang Xue is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in power electronics. Since March 2022, Yang has served as a Senior Staff Product Application Engineer at Infineon Technologies. Prior to this role, Yang worked as a Power Electronics Engineer at SemiQ from July 2016 to February 2022, focusing on the design and optimization of switching evaluation boards for SiC MOSFETs. Yang's experience also includes a tenure as a Research Assistant at the Center for Ultra-Wide-Area Resilient Electric Energy Transmission Networks, where contributions were made to high-power, high-temperature power modules for electric vehicles. Earlier in Yang's career, work as an R&D Engineer at Philips Lighting involved the development of high-performance power electronics for advanced projection technologies. Yang holds a Master's degree in Power Electronics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
