Lien Nguyen

Lien Nguyen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director, HRBP at Synaptics Incorporated since January 2022, Lien previously held the position of VP, Human Resources at Pentagon Technologies and worked as a Consultant in HR at Infinera. At Lumentum, Lien built and led a centralized HR team during the company's spin-off, managing over 30 HR professionals. Prior experience includes serving as HRBP Director for Global Shared Services at JDS Uniphase and holding multiple HRBP roles at Credence Systems Corporation, following its spin-off from Schlumberger T&T. Lien holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from San Jose State University.
