Al Dabiri's work experience begins in 1996 as a Research Specialist at Paine Webber. In 1998, they join Infinex Financial Group as SVP of New Business Development. At the same time, they also become the SVP, Chief of Staff, and Managing Director of Wealth Solutions at Infinex Investments, Inc., where they work directly with the President and CEO to drive the firm's strategic direction and manages the Wealth Solutions division. In 1999, they become the Vice President of Corporate Development at Infinex Investments, Inc. Their tenure at these companies continues until 2020.

Al Dabiri completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Longmeadow High School. Al Dabiri also holds several certifications, including Accident, Life/Health from the Connecticut Insurance Department, as well as Series 24, Series 63, Series 66, and Series 7 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
