Balaji Varadharaj

Balaji Varadharaj has extensive work experience in the technology field. Balaji began their career in 1989 as a Programming Assistant at Anna University Chennai. Balaji then moved to Brilliants Computers as a Project Coordinator in 1992. In 1995, they worked as a System Analyst at Login Systems and as a Senior Software Engineer at Maxis Communications Bhd. From 1998 to 2003, they worked at WatchMark Corp as a DBA and Senior Programmer. From 2003 to 2009, they were an IDM Technical Manager at AIG. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Big Data Consultant at Vitti. Finally, they were a Director and Senior Big Data Consultant at Charlee.ai. At each of these positions, they were responsible for providing architectural and technical guidance, developing IDM connectors, managing teams, assisting production support teams, managing organization process requirements, data modeling, providing active-active database solutions, performance tuning, and more.

Balaji Varadharaj has an education history that includes a MBA in Systems from the University of Madras, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and an Engg Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from Pallavan Polytechnic, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
