Iris Cremers

Iris Cremers has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and digital strategy. Iris has held various leadership roles at different companies, including Infinitas Learning, where they served as the Director of UX. Previously, they co-founded Rollmo, a consultancy focused on digital leadership, strategy, and design. At Rollmo, Iris worked with a range of clients, helping them develop user-centered digital strategies and concepts.

Iris also has experience working at major corporations such as IKEA, where they served as the Director of Product UX Design - Customer Engagement. Their role involved driving human-centered design throughout the organization and setting the global digital agenda. Prior to IKEA, Iris worked at Nederlandse Spoorwegen and ING, where they played crucial roles in digital transformation and customer experience improvement.

Before their corporate positions, Iris worked as a User Experience Strategist for Air France-KLM E-commerce and as an Associate Analyst at Forrester Research. Iris also gained experience as a User Experience designer at Philips and as a Researcher at the Technical University Eindhoven.

Iris then pursued a degree in Human Resource Management (Personeel & Arbeid) at Avans University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1995, earning a propedeuse. Afterwards, they attended the University of Amsterdam from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree (MA) and a Master's degree in Social Psychology. Additionally, in 1999, they briefly studied at the University of Southern Queensland, earning another Master's degree in Social Psychology. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they attended Eindhoven University of Technology, where they completed a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng) with a focus on User System Interaction.
