Dave Dempe

Dave Dempe is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the pet food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Infinite Acres since October 2022, Dave has previously held key roles at Blue Buffalo/GMI as a Pet Supply Chain Technical Expert and as Director of Engineering. Additional leadership positions include Engineering Manager at Mars Petcare US and Engineering Section Head at Procter & Gamble. Dave's background also features significant project management responsibilities, such as overseeing the design and start-up of pet food facilities in Argentina and the Netherlands. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
