Jessica Schumacher

Jessica Schumacher is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in library services and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Test Analyst at Infinite Campus since October 2017, Jessica has progressed through various roles, including Test Analyst and Customer Support Advisor. Prior experience includes positions at Minitex-University of Minnesota as a Library Assistant 2, where responsibilities encompassed supervising and training students, managing requests, and solving overdue issues. Additional experience as a Temporary Library Assistant and Student Lead Worker at Wilson Library involved supervising student staff, training, and updating catalog records.
