Smita Rathod

Smita Rathod has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Smita started their career at Accenture in 2008 as a Software Engineer and later moved on to become a Test Lead. Smita then joined Mindtree in 2010 as a Senior Test Engineer and Module Lead. After that, they worked at Symphony Teleca from 2011 to 2013 as a Senior Product Engineer, Team Lead, and Scrum Team Member in the domains of Banking & Finance and Retail. Smita then joined IGATE in 2013 as a Technical Lead and Module Lead, mainly focusing on the Banking & Finance Services domain. Currently, they are working at Infinite Computer Solutions since 2016, where they have held roles such as Senior Software Test Engineer, Test Lead, and Senior Project Lead.

Smita Rathod completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Science/Studies from M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they studied XI and XII at Canara Pre University College from 2000 to 2002, taking up Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology. Smita received their schooling from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan. In terms of additional certifications, Smita Rathod obtained the following: Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) in March 2013, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in March 2013, and ISTQB Certified (Foundation Level) from BCS in 2010.
