Jenni Hawkins, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Customer Care at Gas South since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jenni held the position of Director of Customer Support at CBORD from August 2020 to July 2021, overseeing the Customer Care team for CBORD/Horizon Software. A significant portion of Jenni's experience was at Delta Air Lines, where positions included General Manager of Global Operations, Engagement Center Director, and Associate Customer Engagement Director, with responsibilities spanning contact center operations, team leadership, budget oversight, and strategic initiatives. Earlier career experience includes serving as Manager of the Contact Center at Delta Community Credit Union and various roles at Delta Air Lines in in-flight service and network management. Jenni holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia and an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business.
