Tim Spearin is an experienced leader in workforce development and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Development at Gas South since April 2016. Spearin has established a comprehensive three-year corporate talent development plan and oversees various talent development initiatives, including talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies. Previously, Spearin held the position of Director of Learning Development and Deployment at The Coca-Cola Company, where strategic learning initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational performance. Tim has also contributed to training and development at ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions as VP of Training & Development and Quality Assurance, and has held leadership roles at MBNA Bank. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in French Language and Literature from Middlebury College and dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Maine. Additionally, Spearin has studied at several prestigious institutions in France and Canada.
