Jeff Kushmerek is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in post-sales customer experience and professional services. As the CEO and Founder of Infinite Renewals since February 2019, Jeff specializes in assisting SaaS B2B tech companies in reducing churn and increasing revenue through effective customer launch strategies. Prior roles include Vice President of Professional Services at Thought Industries and Virgin Pulse, where Jeff grew global services and implementation teams, and Vice President of Global Professional Services at Brightcove, where a 500% increase in revenue was achieved during tenure.
