Katarzyna Krąkowska

Katarzyna Krąkowska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katarzyna started their career as a Researcher at Manpower Professional Executive in 2010. Katarzyna then worked as a Researcher at Huberts Mozes and Partners before joining New Gas Contracting / New Seismic as a Research Consultant/Recruiter, where they primarily focused on recruitment in the oil & gas sector. In 2013, they became a Recruitment Consultant at TELIT Management.

In 2015, Katarzyna joined Relyon IT Services Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., where they held various positions including Delivery Team Manager, Sales & Delivery Team Manager/Operations Director, and Recruitment Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for P&L management, business units management, and setting targets and executing KPIs.

After leaving Relyon IT Services, Katarzyna worked as a Contracting Division Manager at NES Fircroft, a leading engineering staffing provider. Here, they provided staffing solutions and managed the contracting division.
