Mary-Anne Carpenter

Mary-Anne Carpenter is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Infinitesima Limited since July 2025, Mary-Anne previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Alpine from April 2022 to April 2025, where Mary-Anne successfully navigated significant organizational changes and contributed to strategic leadership decisions for eight years. Prior roles include HR Manager at Renault from November 2013 to April 2022, where Mary-Anne implemented key systems and managed HR operations for a substantial workforce, and Senior Human Resources Officer at Lotus F1 Team from February 1998 to October 2013. Mary-Anne began the career as an Office Secretary at Chemical Design Ltd from 1995 to 1998.
