Ankur Ravi

Ankur Ravi is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in customer experience management and business development across leading automotive companies. Currently serving at INFINITI Motor Company since April 2022, Ankur focuses on global customer experience strategy, engagement, and digital initiatives including the metaverse. Prior to this role, Ankur worked at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, overseeing customer experience management and project management for the entire vehicle portfolio. Ankur's career began at Mahindra Rise, where significant contributions included optimizing tractor production processes and implementing digital solutions. Ankur holds an MBA from Globis University, a Master’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Technology, Pantnagar.
