Pratik Prakash

Pratik Prakash is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in technology and customer success. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Infiniti Research Ltd. since January 2024, Pratik previously excelled as a Product Manager at Mailmodo from May 2021 to December 2023, where integration and automation features were prioritized, leveraging a strong foundation built during tenure as Head of Customer Success at the same organization, which played a crucial role in achieving 1 million ARR and establishing the customer success process. Pratik's professional journey also includes experiences as a Software Engineer at Samsung Research Institute and a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies, alongside an educational background from IIT Roorkee, where a degree in Electrical Engineering was earned. Prior internship experience includes analyzing risks in the ESCO sector at the Bureau of Energy Efficiency.
