Donna Patterson has a long and successful career in IT. Donna began their career in 1997 as a Service LAN/WAN Analyst Team Lead at Pfizer, where they directed daily operations, networking, projects, telephone support, and system changes for all network and server equipment. Donna increased T-1 circuit use efficiency by 17% after an initiative to merge several T-1 channels into new trunk groups. In 2006, they joined Sanofi as IT Director, Service Delivery - Transition, where they organized and trained a global IT Service Management Team for a major ServiceNow Project. Donna also managed the documentation, audit, and remediation efforts for the GxP quality guidelines. Donna then moved up to Global Head Service Delivery - Business Application and facilitated the shaping of the Business Application Service Line (BASL) goals and requirements. Donna also researched, tested, analyzed and validated business applications toward meeting clients’ needs, and collaborated across departments and levels to identify gaps and define process improvements that resulted in enhanced customer service, increased productivity, and the highest quality within regulatory compliance and best practice standards. Donna also worked with Global Finance to plan, develop and implement a regional process for contract management and procurement. In 2019, Donna joined INFINITT North America as Project Manager and is currently seeking a new role as Director of IT.
Donna Patterson attended the State University of New York, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Donna then attended the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems. In December 2013, they obtained an ITIL Expert certification from PEOPLECERT.
