Krupal Patel, MBA, MHA, PMP has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry. In 2006, they began their career as an Administrative Associate at Adventist Mission Hospital. Two years later, they moved to Adventist Wockhardt Heart Hospital as a Business Development Associate. In 2012, they joined Allscripts HealthCare as a Clinical Product Analyst. In 2013, they started at MEDHOST as a Director of the Project Management Office, Senior Manager of Technical PMO, Senior Manager of Technical Engineering, Senior Manager of Implementation Operations, Senior Manager of Customer Support Clinical & Integration Operations, Manager of Customer Support Tier II, Team Lead of Tier II Analysts, and Clinical Product Analyst II. Currently, they are the Head of Project Management Office at INFINITT North America, where they are responsible for the overall management of the PMO and the Project Managers. Krupal provides coaching, mentoring, and guidance to the PMO team to improve capabilities, reduce project cycle time, and increase customer satisfaction. Krupal measures success through formal KPIs and customer surveys.

Krupal Patel holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Louisiana State University, a Master of Science (MS) in Healthcare Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and a Healthcare Administration (MHA) from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business. Krupal also completed a Certification Course in Economics (Principles of Economics) from Stanford University.
