Stephen DeLade

Stephen DeLade has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and software support industry since 1978. Theirwork experience began with the US Navy, where they served as an Electronic Warfare Petty Officer 1st class. After leaving the Navy in 1978, they worked as a Product Service Technician at OHAUS Corporation from 1985 to 2002. During this time, they also held the roles of Application Specialist and Regional Sales Manager. In 2002, they transitioned to DATAVISION INC as a Wireless Services Representative. From 2013 to 2014, Stephen was the Owner of SD Computer Support. Stephen then took a role as Technical Services Representative at Scale Warehouse and More from 2013 to 2015. Stephen then worked as a Software Applications Support Technician at MAM Software (US) from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, they have been a PACS Engineer at INFINITT North America since 2019.

Stephen DeLade obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Maintenance and Service Technology from Northampton Community College in 2014. Stephen also earned the A+ certification from CompTIA in July 2014.
