Narmadha Premchandar

Narmadha Premchandar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2003, they started their career as a Sales Specialist at Allsec Technologies Limited and worked there for two years. Narmadha then joined athenahealth as a Human Resources Executive from 2010 to 2011. Narmadha also worked as an Admin Executive at the Indian School of Business from 2011 to 2012. Later, they joined OnProcess Technology as a Logistics Coordinator, where they served as a Senior Logistics Coordinator for Ciena's North America, Europe, and EMEA regions from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they became the Marketing Lead at Sympl Foods, a role they held until 2019. Currently, Narmadha is working at Infinitus Systems, Inc. Since 2020, they have served as an AI Trainer and is now the Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Narmadha Premchandar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in human resources and marketing from St. Joseph College of Engineering. Narmadha also completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in accounting at SDNB VAISHNAV COLLEGE.
