Rajesh Kumar Goel has over 30 years of work experience in the service industry. Rajesh Kumar began their career in 1990 as an Area Customer Engineering Manager at Network Limited, where they were responsible for Total Customer Satisfaction, revenue maximization, sales of products and growth of subordinates. Rajesh Kumar was awarded the titles of 'ACHIEVER-93', 'PERFORMER-94', and 'ACHIEVER-95' for their 'Excellence of Performance'. In 1998, they became an Area Manager - Customer Support at Redington India Limited. Two years later, they joined Horizon Broadcast Electronics Pvt Ltd as Manager - Customer Support. In 2005, they were appointed General Manager at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, where they headed two business verticals: Business Development and Telecom Solutions and Services Group. In 2009, they became Vice President - Asia Pac at RT Technical Services Pte Ltd. In 2010, they took on the role of Vice President at inTarvo Technologies Limited (formerly RT Outsourcing Services Limited), where they conceptualized, created, and executed new businesses. Rajesh Kumar then joined ServePro Warranty Services Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President, where they lead the first such initiative in India by conceptualizing, creating, and executing Neutral Third Party Extended Warranty Programs. In 2012, they were appointed Director - Services at Emitac, where they lead Services business to its turn-around through New Services Introduction, Business Development, Operations Optimization, Geographical Expansion and strategic & innovative initiatives. Finally, in 2014, they founded Infinity Assurance Solutions Private Limited, India's leading company in Service Administration of Warranty, Extended Warranty and Affinity Solutions, Insurance Claims Management for ADLD / ADP / EW and Product Protection Plans.

Rajesh Kumar Goel began their education in 1987, when they completed a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. From 1988 to 1991, they attended Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata and earned an AMIE in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Rajesh Kumar then pursued a PGDBA in Marketing Management from Institute of Management Studies, YMCA between 1992 and 1995. No additional certifications have been reported.
