Deborah Cha

Deborah Cha is currently the Head of Commercial Contracting, Legal at Sampled since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Corporate Counsel, Business Development and Corporate Transactions at Bristol from November 2019 to November 2021. Before their position at Bristol, they worked as the Corporate Counsel, Early Research & Development Transactions at Celgene from October 2010 to November 2019. Their earliest work experience was as a Contract Administrator at Abraxis BioScience from August 2008 to October 2010, where they oversaw a team and handled various legal matters.

Deborah Cha's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Deborah also holds a Doctor of Law degree from Cardozo School of Law.
