Miles Biegert

Miles Biegert has a diverse work experience history. Miles worked as a Human Resources Intern at Rembrandt Foods in 2013. Miles then worked as a Mason's Laborer at Barkley Landscapes, where they later became the Lead Laborer, responsible for delegating job duties and ensuring efficiency and quality. Miles also served as an HR Intern at Mains'l Services Inc., assisting in connecting professional caregivers to individuals with developmental disabilities and providing internal recruiting assistance. Miles then transitioned to the role of IT Recruiter at The Judge Group, a professional services firm offering technology consulting and staffing services. Miles joined Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS) in 2017, initially fulfilling the role of an IT Recruiter before becoming a Lead Recruiter. At Korn Ferry, Miles is currently a Lead Recruiter, leading the delivery of their Minneapolis-based Technology Recruiting team and focusing on building a book of business for interim technology positions.
