Sarah Middleton is a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Infinity Group, with prior experience as a Service Desk Consultant. Having worked in the information technology and services industry, Sarah has held various roles, including 2nd Line Servicedesk Analyst at Air IT and Concise Technologies Limited. Sarah began their career at McDonald's Corporation as a Crew Trainer and was a Technical Apprentice before advancing to a leadership position as a 1st Line Servicedesk Team Leader. Sarah graduated from Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College with a focus on Computer and Information Sciences.
