Josh Halverson

Josh Halverson has been in the IT field for over 20 years. Josh started their career as a technical analyst at apac in February 1996. Josh supported all IT aspects of multiple contact centers, with a focus on desktop support and software deployment on 500+ computer systems. In June 2005, they left apac to become the Director of IT at Infinity. In their current role, they oversee all IT operations for the company. Josh is responsible for implementing and managing Infinity's IT infrastructure, including its network, servers, storage, and security systems. Josh also leads the company's efforts to adopt new technologies and implement new IT initiatives.

They are on a team with Ty Rhamy - VP of Strategy, Joe Penkala - Director of Sales Agency, and Jay Davey - President. Josh Halverson reports to Tom Leidigh, CEO.
