Michael is a thorough professional at due diligence and securitization, specializing in performing and non-performing loan transactions. Mike has completed his J.D from Albany Law School. He is multi-talented, and brings to the table over 35 years of experience in the financial market. He has worked for over 16 years with Clayton Holdings LLC, as a Director of Operations.

Working as a Executive Vice President Due Diligence, Michael joined us in 2018, and has proven to be an asset to Infinity.

Bob Djorup

Managing Director - Sales

Bob has over 20 years of Senior Institutional Capital Markets experience with broad leadership, business development and sales skills in mortgage related fixed income securities and whole loan transactions. As Managing Director - Sales, Bob will direct the sales effort, business development and sales organization of Infinity IPS.

Bob recently joined Infinity IPS from Stephens Inc. and has enjoyed senior fixed income sales and leadership roles at PNC Capital Markets LLC, BB&T Capital Markets, GMAC-RFC and Freddie Mac.

Rick Bissen

Senior Vice President – Sales - Due Diligence

Rick brings over 18 years of mortgage due diligence, staffing, and related services to the firm as well as 16 years in the technology, and information and document management industry. Additionally, he has extensive experience in Risk, Operations, Contract & Vendor Management, Legal and Human Resources. His extensive business experience brings value added leadership to Infinity to support the company’s continued growth.

In his prior role as the EVP of Corporate Development at JCIII, his responsibilities included managing Contracts, Legal, Risk, Vendor Management, HR and Marketing for the company. Through his numerous Risk assessments audits, he understands our clients ever growing needs to outsource business services while maintaining strict compliance with internal and external regulatory business standards.

Jayson Dammen

Senior Vice President – Due Diligence Sales

Jayson is a result driven, veteran mortgage sales executive with a successful track record of sourcing and managing strategic client relationships throughout the United States. His executive experience with GMAC/RFC, Deutsche Bank, PMI and others, combined with a comprehensive background in Mortgage Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Servicing, and Valuation; will bring an immense amount of experience to the firm and his relationships.
