Kavya Reddy

Kavya Reddy is the current Chief of Staff at Infinity Learn. Prior to their current position, they served as the General Manager of New Initiatives from May 2022 to June 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of Student Experience at BYJU'S from April 2021 to May 2022. From July 2018 to June 2021, they served as the Manager of Student Experience at BYJU'S, overseeing the User Experience vertical for the regions of Maharashtra, Andhrapradesh, and Telangana. In their role, they conducted studies and implemented changes to ensure world-class customer service delivery. Kavya also worked with department leadership on key strategic initiatives and drove efficiency improvements across the company. Kavya is passionate about their work and is constantly innovating to think long-term on how to effectively and sustainably address pressing issues. Kavya continually monitors trends and performance metrics and acts as a trusted partner for their colleagues across the company.

Kavya Reddy has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology. Kavya also has a High School Diploma in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English from the Narayana Junior College. Kavya has also completed High School from the Narayana IIT Olympiad School.
