As businesses grow, so do their technology needs. Identifying the best way to evolve processes, workflows, tech purchases, upgrades, and updates can be a headache, to say the least.

Jared Shapiro founded Infinity Solutions, in January 2000, to help guide business owners through the constantly changing technology landscape by bringing custom IT solutions that are needed in today’s world.

Having spent time right after college working for a small break-fix IT firm, Jared soon realized that most businesses need more than a simple “fix it ticket” to answer their unique technology challenges. Watching business owners spend more dollars on technology without knowing how to maximize those investments is another frequent problem Jared saw all too often.

Jared knew there was a better way to tackle the technology “black hole” that can swallow up businesses and impede company growth. Infinity Solutions was created with a strong commitment to providing custom IT solutions, taking the time to clearly understand individual business needs, then developing creative technology solutions to work quietly and tirelessly in the background so business owners can do what they do best – grow their businesses.
