Matthew Coulter

Matthew Coulter is an experienced Systems Engineer currently working at Infinity Systems Engineering, specializing in GPS IIR/IIR-M/III On-Orbit Support and Control Segment modernization. With a strong background in systems engineering, Matthew has been responsible for ground and on-orbit testing of various space vehicles, as well as transitioning control segments for GPS systems. Previous roles include GPS OCX/GSYS Test Engineer and Principal Systems Engineer/GPS Mission Analyst at ai-Solutions and Apogee Engineering, where Matthew provided real-time GPS signal monitoring and performance predictions. Matthew’s military experience includes leadership positions within the United States Air Force, overseeing GPS satellite operations and ICBM combat crew responsibilities. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Space Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics.
