Jitesh Shamji CSM®, Prince2, ITIL has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Jitesh began their career in 2004 as a Contractor for QBE Insurance. In 2008, they became a Project Manager - Contract for SusIT Solutions Ltd. From 2011 to 2012, Jitesh worked as a Project Manager (Global Services) - Contract at Glass's Information Services. Jitesh then moved to Zurich Insurance plc as a Project Manager from 2012 to 2013. Jitesh then joined Argos as a Project Manager from 2013 to 2014. After that, they worked as a Project Manager (General Motors Financial) for Wipro from 2014 to 2015. During this time, they also worked as an IT Project Manager for Cardtronics UK and as a Project Manager - Robotics at AT&T for HCL Technologies. From 2016 to 2019, Jitesh served as a Sr Project Manager for RSK IT Solutions and is currently a Sr Project Manager at Alcon for Infinity Tech Group.

Jitesh Shamji CSM®, Prince2, ITIL has an extensive education history in computer science. In 1987-1988, they completed a BCE Certificate in Computer Programming at Graffins College. Jitesh then went on to earn a BCE Diploma in Computer System Design at Graffins College in 1988. In 1989-1990, Jitesh completed an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science at West London College. Jitesh then earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science at London South Bank University in 1990-1991. Finally, Jitesh completed a Master of Science (Msc) in Software Systems Technology at The University of Sheffield in 1991-1992.
