Kumar Jain

Kumar Jain has been working in the technology industry since 2010. Kumar began their career at Infinity Tech Group as the Head of Business Operations and Managing Director. In this role, they were responsible for client and business acquisition, client satisfaction, optimizing front and back office teams across US, UK, and India, and leveraging data and process to scale profitable revenue. Kumar also built relationships and worked to get what their clients needed.

In 2010, Jain moved to Infinity Tech Group Inc. as a Senior Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and hiring IT professionals for multiple projects in different IT industries. Kumar also worked aggressively to bring the best talent in the financial industry, and kept updated with US immigration rules and laws pertaining to non-immigrants and their impact on employees.

Kumar Jain obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Communication and Media Studies from New Jersey City University between 2010 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Osmania University between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Base SAS Certification from SAS Institute Inc. in September 2013.
