Infinity Wellness does corporate wellness differently. We are your one-stop shop for on-line and on-site wellness, taking a comprehensive approach to improving the lives of our clients through our WorkLIFE programs. WorkLIFE programs target the most influential and modifiable factors of everyday living: energy, productivity, concentration, attitude, and absenteeism.

The 4 Major Components of WorkLIFE programs:
1. Nutrition – what we eat, drink, and snack
2. Ergonomics – posture, desk positioning, and injuries
3. Fitness – aerobic, balance, core, and strength training
4. Mind/Body – breathing, yoga, sleep, and stress management

We coach and train in these areas by providing innovative and engaging workshops, classes, and challenges for the staff. Our WorkLIFE program creates an immediate impact on the health environment and culture of an organization through these portfolios of work.
