Diana Hasty's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Diana started their career as an Editorial Intern at Baltimore Style Magazine in 2013. In 2014, they became a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they successfully managed a high-volume branch and improved customer satisfaction. From 2007 to 2016, they worked as a Bartender/Certified Trainer at Outback Steakhouse, responsible for training new employees and providing exceptional customer service. In 2016, they joined WeddingWire as a Customer Care Associate. Since then, they have worked at Infinity, starting as an Account Executive in 2016 and progressing to roles such as Project Manager, Solutions Delivery Manager, Head of East Coast, and Solutions Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Head of US Customer Success at Infinity, where they lead a team and focuses on growing the company's presence in America.
